Directors' Shareholdings

Following the acquisition of the business, assets and goodwill of Ancora Solutions Limited and the subsequent new issue of 1,930,435 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Richard Clement, as detailed in our announcement dated 21 January 2011, the Company announces that as a result of the new issue of Ordinary Shares the Directors' percentage shareholdings in the Company have reduced and are restated as follows:

Significant Shareholdings

Subsequent to the new issue of 1,930,435 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') allotted to Richard Clement, the Company also announces that Richard Clement has a notifiable interest in 1,930,435 Ordinary Shares representing 6.09 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that as a result of the new issue of Ordinary Shares the holdings in the issued share capital of the Company by the following Significant Shareholders, as defined under the AIM Rules have reduced and are restated as follows:
