The Company was notified today that on 1 November 2013, the wife of Chief Executive Officer of the Company, William Catchpole, purchased 35,430 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28 pence per share.
Following this transaction, William Catchpole, together with his connected persons, are now beneficially interested in 2,560,870 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.12 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
