Notifiable Interest

The Company received notification on 29 April 2013, that Peter Wildey's total interest in the shares of the Company (including connected persons) is 6,057,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 19.1 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.

The notification follows a transfer at nil cost of 200,000 shares from a connected person to Mr. Wildey, taking his direct holding to 4,650,000 Ordinary Shares and that of his connected persons to 1,407,500.
