purchased a total of 54,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase Mr. Donald Hamilton is now
interested in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.17 per cent of the
Company's total voting rights.
