Restore plc, Acquisition of Ancora Solutions

Restore plc ("Restore"), the UK office services provider, today announces
that it has acquired the business and assets of Ancora Solutions
("Ancora"), a document management business, from IPPlus plc.
Ancora was purchased for a cash consideration of £500,000 on a cash-free, debt-free basis, funded from Restore's existing bank facilities.
