The Company was notified yesterday that, following the sale of 100,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 September
2016 and the sale of 200,000 Ordinary Shares on 12 September 2016, Mr. Peter
Wildey is now interested in 5,505,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.45
per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
