Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, confirms that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 together with its notice of meeting and accompanying form of proxy for the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM'.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 27 October 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at 99 Bishopsgate, London. EC2M 3XD.
The Company will continue to monitor closely any developments in public health guidance and legislation issued by the UK government in relation to COVID-19. If it becomes necessary or desirable to change the arrangements for the AGM, the Company will notify shareholders before the meeting.
