The Company received notification on 19 January 2009 that on 31 December 2008, Peter Wildey purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company taking his total interest to 5,075,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.0 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
