The Company received notification today that on 22 May 2013, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.6 pence each to his SIPP held by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited.
Furthermore, the Company was notified today that on 23 May 2013, William Catchpole purchased 4,466 Ordinary Shares at a price of 20.25 pence each.
Further to this transaction, William Catchpole is interested in 2,525,440 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.97 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
