The Company was notified today that, following recent sales of 149,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate, Mr. Peter Wildey is now interested in 5,236,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.59 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
