PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, announces that Chris Fielding, a non-executive director, has stepped down from the board.

As previously announced, Chris Fielding announced his intention to retire from the board after a transition period following the appointment of Carolyn Rand. He formally stepped down from the board on 30 June 2022. Carolyn Rand has assumed her role as chair of the audit committee and member of the remuneration committee.

Simon Wilson, Chairman said, "On behalf of the whole board, I would like to thank Chris for his long and impactful service and leadership to both the Board and Audit Committee during which time he oversaw a period of significant change in the business as we transformed the company to the high-growth global SaaS business it is today.  We thank him for the very helpful period of transition as Carolyn Rand has been on-boarded, and wish him all the best for the future."
