Interim period

As announced on 27 February 2024, William Good has remained with the Company as a Director to ensure a smooth transition before his retirement from the Board.  The Company now expects that retirement to be effective from 15 July 2024.

In the intervening period, until Mr Murray joins, the Company's Group Financial Controller, Angus Reger, will move into the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer and will be supported by the combined financial experience of the existing Board members.

Simon Wilson, Chairman, commented:

"Having carried out an extensive market search for the Company's new CFO, I am very pleased that we are today able to announce Ryan's appointment, and that he will be joining us in October. His experience within fast growth companies, in technology, and with an international footprint that includes the U.S. fits our stage of development perfectly.

"I'd like to take this opportunity to thank our departing CFO, William Good, for his commitment and dedication during his time with PCI Pal. William has played a key role in growing PCI Pal to its current position today as the strongest cloud vendor in the market. On behalf of the Board, I would like to wish William all the very best in his future endeavours.

"We are equally very pleased to welcome Angus Reger to the role of Interim CFO until such time as Ryan joins us in October.  Angus has been with PCI Pal for over two years and has been integral to the smooth running of the finance department and audit process."
